Aside from being a great place to live, the Villages of Longmeadow have additional amenities that other subdivisions do not. These include an outdoor swimming pool, a paved walking trail through the subdivision and a clubhouse. Additional information on these amenities can be found below. The Longmeadow Homeowner Association also holds special events for Easter, National Night Out, seasonal pool opening, Halloween and Christmas.
The Villages of Longmeadow has an outdoor swimming pool with lifeguard monitoring that is open to residents from Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day weekend. Regular Pool hours are: Every day from 10:00 AM until 7:00 PM. During school Monday through Friday 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM.

There are 26 acres of common grounds that are maintained by the association along with a 1.3 mile paved walking trail that follows one of the main roads around the community for exercise, walking dogs or just a leisurely stroll.
A clubhouse adjacent to the pool is available for event and party rentals for up to 70 people. There is also a children’s playground that is available for residents to use. Use of the clubhouse is available for residents. For more info about renting out the clubhouse: call ACS West at (804) 282-7451, ask to make a reservation for the Villages of Longmeadow HOA clubhouse and once the reservation is made, download and fill out the form(s) below.
Reservations must be made 15 days in advance of the reservation date. A member of the clubhouse committee will reach out to you within 3 days of your scheduled event, please contact ACS West if you have any concerns prior to that time.
