Committees assist the board with different aspects of the association. Committee Chairs report to the board each month on the status of any work going on. Committee meeting nights are coming soon, please check the calendar for updates. If you are interested in serving on a committee, please reach out to the board, committee chair, or come to the committee meeting nights.
Pool: Manages contract with pool management company. Addresses issues at the pool. Is a point of contact for the community about use of the pool. Helps to keep cell badge database up to date. Coordinates planned social events at the pool with the social committee.
Social: Brainstorms and implements social activities for the neighborhood. Builds a sense of community. Coordinates volunteers for social events.
Grounds: The grounds committee manages the grounds. This means keeping your eyes and ears open to potential issues that need addressing. Bring these concerns to board meetings. If the matter needs to be addressed sooner, then the chair reaches out to the board as needed.
Architectural Review: The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) manages all requests to make changes to the property as described in our bylaws. The committee also follows up on inspections done by ACS West to insure issues are addressed.
Clubhouse: Coordinate the rental check in and check out process for the clubhouse. Make sure the renter has the rental code. Make sure the supplies are well stocked.
