The Longmeadow Homeowners Association has a 3-11 member board that consists of volunteers who are determined by votes from the homeowners. Monthly meetings, along with an annual meeting, are held and residents are encouraged to attend. Other periodic meetings may be held based on community needs with input from residents.
ACS West, Inc., AAMC is the property management company that provides assistance with supervising the community.
