The Villages of Longmeadow is a community of 660 homes located in Chesterfield County designed for families, young and older couples with access to I-95, I-295 and I-288, creating an easy drive to Richmond, Fort Gregg-Adams and surrounding counties. For families, there are an elementary, middle and high school close to the community. The community is divided into villages varying from seven homes to 119 homes. It is a covenanted community with a Homeowners Association. Yearly homeowner dues pay for the administration, pool, clubhouse, playground and common ground maintenance. Dues are extremely low considering the amenities that come with ownership.
