We usually refer to the County’s Telecommunications Tower Siting Policy (which can be found at https://www.chesterfield.gov/DocumentCenter/View/2015/Tower-Siting-Policy-PDF ). \n20SN0596: In Bermuda Magisterial District\, Cellco Partnership d/b/a\nVerizon requests conditional use to permit a communications tower facility\nand amendment of zoning district map in an Agricultural (A) District on 0.7\nacre known as 14131 Happy Hill Road. Density will be controlled by zoning\nconditions or ordinance standards. The Comprehensive Plan suggests the\nproperty is appropriate for Suburban Residential II use (2 to 4 dwellings per\nacre).
